Todd the IT guy (Pre-Supported)

Corporate Wildlife Series #3 "Todd the IT guy" Todd moves at a pace that defies the laws of time and urgency. With half-lidded eyes and a permanent hoodie-desk-chair fusion, Todd has been part of the IT department since before the company had Wi-Fi—or a website. His record for most support tickets closed in a day is four. That day is now a department holiday.
