This is a top handle meant to fit mvp3007's Logitech G29 custom steering wheel design. As of now, it's free on thingiverse and if you wanted a top handle on the wheel for easier U-turns, this might help you out a bit. NOTE that the 3 screws holding the handle together are meant to cut into the plastic. This means no nuts are used here.
