Transformers 5mm to 3mm adaptor

Is your transformer covered in 5mm ports? awesome right? yeah until its time to add a 3mm stand to it then there is no 3mm port anywhere, or if it has one its loose, too shallow or in a bad spot. well I was tired of that so I made this.
