Two-wing knob for D-shaft 6.0 mm - 4 sizes 30/36/44/54 mm, no supports

Two opposed wings, the wing-nut shape. Thumb and forefinger and nothing else - the most torque per gram of plastic in this library. Fits a 6 mm shaft with the flat at 4.5 mm.
