Two halves of a clamp designed to sandwich batteries into a completed circuit; wired to a USB boost converter that charges USB electronics. Print the two halves, and glue aluminum foil to the inner face of each half. Attach the positive and negative wires to each half respectively; either holding in place with an M3 bolt & nut, or just taping the wire in place.
