A 3-part universal shift knob: the knob, a hex sleeve that holds a standard steel nut, and a press-fit top cap. The thread is carried by a real steel nut (printed threads would wear out): sleeves for M8 (AF13), M10 (AF16 ISO / AF17 DIN) and M12 (AF18 ISO / AF19 DIN) nuts, so the thread pitch does not matter.
