VA0 and VA1 GDEmu mount and SD-relocator with PSU cooler

I designed this GDEmu mount from the ground up to fit both my VA0 and VA1 Dreamcasts because the one that came with the GDEmu was really awkward to use with the card slot in the back and because I wanted it to fit both variants with cooling. Note that using GDEmu on VA0 requires reducing the signal voltages from the motherboard or the GDEmu will probably be damaged.
