Window-Corner Seed Starter: paper cups or TP tubes, drip tray + sash-track clip

**What you need (not included):** Paper cups (3-5 oz, poke a drain hole) or toilet-paper tubes, potting soil, seeds. **How it works:** Set the rack (legs down) in the tray. Drop in cups or TP tubes (the holes fit up to 48 mm). Slide the tray's back tab into the two clips, and drop the clips' tongues into the sliding-window sash track.
