38.1 mm / 1.5 in 18° Pie Cut Jig – 5 Pieces per 90° – Lobster Back Bend 1D / 1.5D / 2D – Bandsaw Tube Jig STL

This is the angle I use most myself: 18°, 5 pieces make a 90° bend. Good looking bend, not too many welds, fast to make. Made for 38.1 mm / 1.5 in OD tube – the common size for header primaries, motorcycle exhausts and smaller intake pipes. What makes it different: one jig gives you three radii. 2D (CLR 76.2 mm / 3 in) is the default. Put in the 1.5D insert → 1.5D (CLR 57.15 mm / 2.25 in).
