38.1 mm / 1.5 in Pie Cut Jig 10° – 3 in 1 CLR 1D 1.5D 2D – Bandsaw Lobster Back Segmented Bend STL

I'm a welder and I build exhausts in my own workshop. I made this jig because cutting pie cuts by eye on the bandsaw never gave me the same sector twice. This is the 10° version for 38.1 mm / 1.5 in OD tube. 9 sectors give you a 90° bend. Of all the angles I make, 10° gives the smoothest, roundest bend, the closest look to a mandrel bend. 3 radii in one jig: - 2D (CLR 76.2 mm / 3 in) – default, no insert needed - 1.5D (CLR 57.15 mm / 2.25 in) – put in the 1.5D insert - 1D (CLR 38.1 mm / 1.5 in)…
