Pie cut jig for 42.4 mm / 1.67 in OD tube, 15° per sector. 6 pieces = 90° elbow. For me it's the best balance between a smooth looking bend and the number of welds. Why I made it: in my workshop I weld exhausts and custom pipe work every day. Marking every sector by hand takes time and they never come out exactly the same. With this jig every cut is the same.
