42.4 mm / 1.67 in Pie Cut Jig 10° – 9 Sectors per 90° – 3 Radius 1D 1.5D 2D – Bandsaw Segmented Bend Jig STL

42.4 mm is the standard European pipe size (DN32, 1.25 in NPS), and also a very common exhaust size for small engines, headers and bike exhausts. I couldn't find a proper pie cut jig for it, so I made my own. This one is 10°: 9 sectors make a 90° bend. More welds, but the bend comes out really round and clean, almost like a mandrel bend.
