A pastry bench scraper, 120 x 88 mm: one straight 120 mm edge for cutting and lifting dough, one curved edge that follows the inside of a bowl, and a 20 mm thumb notch on top. Five grip ribs stand 1 mm proud along the straight edge. HOW THE CURVE WAS SET - The cutting circle is calculated, not eyeballed: centred at (0, 44 - R) with R chosen so the arc passes through both ends of the straight edge and peaks at 44 mm, which gives R = 64.45 mm.
