Dome knob with heat-set insert M4 - clamping knob, 4 sizes 16/20/25/30 mm, no supports

A dome over a knurled band. The dome is deliberately flatter than a hemisphere: a true half-sphere would print at 65 degrees of overhang and need supports. Bored 5.6 mm for a standard brass heat-set insert M4. Melt it in with a soldering iron at about 220 C and let it cool under light pressure.
