A domed head on a slim neck - it sits in the palm rather than between the fingers. The neck carries the hub, so on thick shafts this form starts one size up. Bored 5.6 mm for a standard brass heat-set insert M4. Melt it in with a soldering iron at about 220 C and let it cool under light pressure.
