A domed head on a slim neck - it sits in the palm rather than between the fingers. The neck carries the hub, so on thick shafts this form starts one size up. Takes a DIN 934 hex nut M3 from the back - the thread is steel, not printed plastic, so it survives being done up hard. The bolt runs right through, so its length does not matter.
