A heavy-shouldered bison plods to the left across a square plaque with softly irregular edges. Its hump, beard and forelegs are covered in dense, short-cut fur texture, while the smooth hindquarters give the eye a resting place. Slender leafy saplings climb both side borders, and a low strip of ground and grass runs beneath the hooves, leaving open sky above the animal.
