T-34-57 Soviet Tank

The T-34-57 was a Soviet experimental tank destroyer variant of the T-34, developed during World War II to improve its ability to engage heavily armored enemy vehicles. It was armed with a high-velocity 57 mm ZiS-4 anti-tank gun, offering superior armor penetration compared with the standard 76.2 mm gun. Although it retained the T-34’s sloped armor, diesel engine, and mobility, its limited production and specialized role kept it from becoming a widespread battlefield variant.
