T-34S Soviet Medium Tank

The T-34S was an experimental Soviet medium tank developed in 1942 as an attempt to improve the original T-34. It featured a redesigned suspension and experimental turret configurations, including a three-man turret derived from the T-43 project, intended to improve crew efficiency and combat performance. Two prototypes underwent trials in late 1942, but the T-34S was ultimately rejected for production in favor of further development of the existing T-34 design.
