Tolerance Test Rings 75 mm - print these first

Every printer lays down outside dimensions slightly differently. On a duct part that difference decides whether the duct slides on or not, and you only find out after an hour of printing. **So print these first.** Three short rings in 75 mm, at -0.2 mm, 0 and +0.2 mm, all on one plate, a few minutes. Slide your duct over them. The ring that is snug but still goes on tells you your fit. If ring 0 is right, every part in this range fits unchanged. If -0.2 or +0.2 fits better, scale the main part…
