Vintage Tin Spinning Top on Display Base

A vintage-style pump spinning top displayed on a small round stand. The wide body has a fluted, scalloped rim and a ringed dome on top, narrowing underneath to a pointed cone tip. A ribbed plunger rod with a rounded knob rises from the centre, just like the push-down pump tops that spin when the handle is pumped.
