Wing knob for D-shaft 6.0 mm, deep flat - 4 sizes 30/36/44/54 mm, no supports

Three wings with a teardrop section. Turned between thumb and forefinger, so it takes more torque than a round knob its size. For the deep-flat 6 mm shaft that leaves only 3.99 mm, not the usual 4.5 mm.
