Handwheel for Round shaft 3/16 in (4.7625 mm) - 4 sizes 25/30/36/44 mm, no supports

A spoked handwheel. Uses about a third less material than a solid knob of the same diameter and gives the feel of a valve wheel. 3/16 inch is 4.7625 mm, not 4.8 - the bore is built on the exact conversion.
