A slim head on a wide knurled skirt. The skirt runs past the panel as a scale ring and gives the fingers something to hold that the head alone does not. For the 5 mm shaft with a flat at 4.52 mm - the NEMA 17 stepper shaft, the one on your printer's Z axis and extruder. Bore built to 4.6 mm.
