Wing knob for D-shaft 6.0 mm - 4 sizes 30/36/44/54 mm, no supports

Three wings with a teardrop section. Turned between thumb and forefinger, so it takes more torque than a round knob its size. Fits a 6 mm shaft with the flat at 4.5 mm.
